Bystander Rescue Campaign

Today marks the launch of Phone Float Throw, the latest bystander rescue campaign from the National Water Safety Forum (NWSF).

If you see someone struggling in the water, your first instinct might be to jump in, but that can put you in danger. Instead, remember:
📱 PHONE 999 for help
🌊 Tell them to FLOAT on their back
🛟 THROW rescue equipment to keep them afloat until emergency services arrive
